The purchasing website was easy to navigate and the purchase was straight forward. The items' price was the best on the web. Confirmation email with order details and tracking was immediately received but there was no update for 10 days. I emailed the seller to enquire about shipping and then the items arrived in mint condition a couple of days later. It seems like that they had been forgotten somewhere at the warehouse and just needed a nudge to remind them. Faultless otherwise
Not the fastest but no other issue, have already put in a repeat order.
