Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

This is the administration process of getting your order delivery ready.

• Once an order is placed you will get a confirmation email of your purchase to your registered email address.

 

• Within 48 hours of your purchase confirmation we will then send out a 2nd email, confirming your tracking details.

 

• Your estimated delivery date will be displayed in your customer dashboard. If you're having troubles locating your estimated delivery date please contact us customersupport@shoppng.uk

 

• Estimated delivery 3-4 business days from purchase to delivery. 

Shipping / Delivery Processing:

This is the dispatching of your order

• Orders are collected by Royal Mail, 48 hours before delivery.

 

• Postage is a Royal Mail Track 48 - Once collected by Royal Mail, you are able to track your order as it moves within their systems, on our shipping & tracking page https://shoppng.uk/pages/shipping.

 

• Any special delivery requirements please let us know within 24 hours of purchase, so that we can update delivery notes when issuing tracking details.
