Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy 

 

We have a 14 day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your Order No. & Email address to process the return(s) and/or exchange(s).

To start a return, follow the steps above or if you have an order enquiry before placing a return and/or exchange you can fill out the order enquiry form on the right hand side of your screen. Or alternatively, you can contact us from our live chat to speak to an agent or if an agent is unavailable, please leave a message for them to get back to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.


Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, however, some banks or credit card companies can take a little longer for your refund to be processed.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our live chat to speak to an agent or leave a message for an agent to get back to you.

 

Follow the simple steps below on how to return or exchange your unwanted items....

 

Step 1: Register your Return(s) and/or Exchange(s).

Navigate the Returns & Exchanges page on the main menu to access the Returns and Exchanges Centre.

Enter the relevant order no. & email address then follow the steps.

 

Step 2:  Post your Return(s) and/or Exchange(s).

Once your Return(s) and/or Exchange(s) are approved, we will generate a prepaid return postage label which can be printed at the post office. Package the return/exchange item(s) and send it back to us within 14 days of when the return or exchange was approved.

 

Step 3: Your Exchange and/or Refund is now ready to be processed ….

Once received, we'll exchange or refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. Refunds can take 3-5 working days from the date we received the return to be deposited into your account. Some banks and credit card companies may take longer for your refund to be processed.
