Always quick response and despatch from firm. Removing 1 star due to them using Royal Mail. They sent parcel on 9th March (48hr delivery) and I received parcel 13th March. Please start using a reliable delivery company

Very happy with the coffee at v good price. The only problem was the delay & lack of info on postage tracking. Not a great experience with the chat bot but finally email contact provided an explanation on the delay. So all well .., in the end, thanks
